Hi,

Can't registered my Asus Rog Ally X. Bought refurbished from Currys UK and the serial is already registered. Can you help out? Can provide a purchase receipt.

Hi I am also experiencing the same issue with a refurbished ally from Curry's. I have the purchase invoice. Can you help me register the device. I would like to explore additional warranty options.

No they asked for proof of purchase but I didn't get round to sending it. 

 

Im not sure if my warranty will be valid as I did the 74wh battery mod on the Z1.
