Can anyone help me, I'm having no sound output on my speaker, and having (Code 10) for my Cirrus Logic Awesome Speaker Amps

I’d like to confirm if the speakers have never worked from the beginning or if this issue is recent. If the problem persists after performing a Cloud Recovery, we recommend sending the ALLY to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the issue. Thank you.

Hi @ChiefMitsu ,

I would like to confirm with you whether you are using the ALLY. 
Please try uninstalling the driver and then shutting down and restarting the device. At that point, the system will automatically reinstall the driver. Please test to see if this improves the situation. Thank you!

Yes I'm using my Ally and I already did that with no avail. I also reinstall Windows using Cloud Recovery and still got the error even after fresh install from Cloud Recovery.

I have the same problem, I have tried everything and it is still the same, I am looking to sell my ally.
