CUANDO ESTABA JUEGO A HALO INFINITI  SE SICLO SALIERON COMO UNOS CUADROS BALCOS DESTELLANTES  Y   SE QUED CONGELADA LA IMAGEN TUBE QUE APAGAR CON EL BOTON POR QUE YA NO FUNCINABA LA ENCIENDO DE NUEVO  Y SOLO HACE EL SONIDO DE INICIO DE WINDOWS PERO AVCES SE QUEDA CONGGELADA EN LA IMAGEN DEL LOGO DE INICIO O HAY VECES QUE NO SE MIRA NADA  Y AUN  HACE EL SONIDO DE WINDOWS TRATO DE ENTRAS A  BIOS Y SOLO DAPANTALLA NEGRA 

WHEN I WAS PLAYING HALO INFINITI, THEY CAME OUT AS SOME FLASHING BALQUE PICTURES AND THE 
IMAGE WAS FROZEN I HAD TO TURN OFF WITH THE BUTTON BECAUSE IT WAS NO LONGER WORKING, I TURN IT ON AGAIN 
AND IT ONLY MAKES THE WINDOWS STARTUP SOUND BUT AVES IT STAY FROZEN ON THE IMAGE OF THE STARTUP 
LOGO OR THERE ARE TIMES YOU DON'T LOOK AT ANYTHING AND STILL MAKES THE SOUND OF WINDOWS TRYING TO 
ENTER BIOS AND ONLY A BLACK SCREEN

Please remove all external devices and power when the device is powered off. 

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power and attempt to start up to see if it boots successfully. Thank you.
