Hi All,
Purchased the new ASUS ROG XBOX ALLY X from Amazon India on 17th October, 2025. Received it on 18th October, 2025. The device hardly worked for 2hrs. Post this it died. No matter what I do it wont boot up. Check the video for details:

Any suggestions on how to proceed further? Contacted ASUS customer care. Lets see how it goes.
