Need to have registration and ownership xfered. please help!

I purchased a second hand ROG Ally and the seller is a personal friend of mine. I'm unable to register the Ally as it has already been registered under the previous owner. Is it possible to get the registration transferred to my account? I can have him email you or whatever needs to be done i can provide proof of purchase from him also if needed... Thanks in advance!

If you are able to contact the original registrant, they can deregister the device via the product registration page, allowing you to re-register it under your account. Thank you for your understanding.
