Dear RoG Forums, I've read the thread about recovering lost XBOX Game Pass after service, but since the solution are private and according to this thread , I need to open a new topic.
I've tried the link provided on the last page on the thread, but still cannot see the free XBOX Game Pass.
I remember before service that I have my coupon/voucher to claim on the Microsoft Store > Library > included in devices, even though I did not sign in. But now I cannot see it even I'm sign in.
I also check on XBOX app and there are no XBOX Game Pass to be claim like the link provided.
I serviced my RoG Ally because it cannot charge and the service center said they replace the mainboard and reinstall the windows.
