Need Help for Missing FREE Gamepass of my ROG ALLY

After I upgrade the SSD of my ROG ALLY and do the asus cloud restore, the claimable free 3months xbox gamepass gone on my Microsoft Store under the "Included with Device" option. I didn't claim it because I'm waiting to see if there's a good game included on the gamepass right now.
