My keyboard is connected to Ally X but there is no output

Yesterday, I purchased an Ally X along with its adapter. During the initial setup, I successfully connected it to my monitor, mouse, and keyboard, and everything seemed to function correctly. However, after completing the Windows setup, my keyboard stopped working.

I own a Corsair K65 Plus keyboard, which remains connected to the Ally X. The RGB lights on the keyboard respond when I press any key, and the rotary dial also functions. I tested the keyboard on a website like keyboard-test.space and noticed some unusual behavior: pressing a single key yielded no response, but pressing multiple keys did. Despite this, there is still no output from my Ally X.
