Motor Vibration Issue - right joystick

Hello All,

Posting as recommended in ROG Ally discord regarding my motor vibration issue on the right joystick. 

After an extended amount of time the motor will begin to become very loud and buzzy. There's others with the same issue as well. I have several videos if needed.

I can reproduce this issue by playing Ghostwire Tokyo for 30 mins or so at 20w-25w. I RMAd my device a few weeks ago to fix the issue, they replaced the joystick board ( I think ) but am still experiencing the same issue.

@Anbby_ROG might be able to help you with this. I’m also having the same vibration motor issues right now in certain games like Call of Duty - Advanced Warfare and COD - Ghosts, and Spider-Man Remastered. 
Others on Discord and Reddit have been experiencing the same thing in the new Horizon - FW game, Ratchet & Clank and also in Skyrim. So it seems there’s something strange going on that Asus needs to look into. 

I’ve had this issue with two Ally devices now, my original one bought around launch in 2023 and then a brand new one just bought a few weeks ago. So it’s likely a software issue rather than a hardware issue. 

I’ve been in contact with Anbby here over the last few weeks about the issue, and hopefully they can help you too with it. The more people that report it, the better. Hope they figure it out and release a fix soon.

Hi @Anbby_ROG I’ve just got a third Ally device now over the past week and that also has the exact same vibration motor issue that my previous two Ally’s had.

My left motor is loud. right motor doesn't seem to do anything at all
