Missing Xbox 3 month trial

Purchased Rog Ally Z1 extreme and the Xbox game pass trial is not there in library-included with device.

Please help

I'm not sure if this would be a fix or help in anyway but I do know everytime I have gone through the intial set up I've seen a message/offer for me to start my trial. Not sure your willing to do a reset on your ally or not but I know it gives me a prompt to set up gamepass trial before I made it to the desktop. Hopefully there's a better solution though...
