Missing Xbox 3 month trial

Purchased ASUS ROG Strix G17 (2023) and the Xbox game pass trial is not there in library-included with device.

Same with my RoG Ally X. It did show up initially when I got it. But Microsoft Store got updated and it shows included with device empty.

Regarding issue with not being able to redeem the Xbox Game Pass, I kindly ask you to try again following the process provided in the following link to see if you can obtain it.

Nope. Both places stated here do not show up with free 3 months. I am from UK did not have issues with OG ally.

Please try changing the account's location to the original purchase location and test if you are able to redeem it. Thank you.

Yes changing region instantly made 3 month subscription show up in Included with device. Thank you @Anbby_ROG
