i reloaded the OS on my Ally X via a bootable flashdrive with WIn11. I've installed the drivers and apps and I've noticed that I'm missing the slider in the Armory Crate. The slider is under Performance where I can adjust the battery or wattage (if this is the correct term) to use when in battery or docked mode.
am I missing something else?

Hi @donetus ,
Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.32 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!

it seems that the installer file is missing some data needed to trigger the slider. I've followed the steps that you provided but it didn't fix the issue.
I did a lenghty troubleshooting and perhaps you can have your backend team look into it on the next update.
I performed an OS Cloud Recover and copied the ASUS folder in C:\ProgramData. I've then performed another OS install via flashdrive, installed all Asus drivers and software. After installing Armory Crate, I've terminated all its processes via Task Manager.
Transferred the backup ASUS folder to C:\ProgramData of the newly installed OS overwriting the existing ASUS folder. I ran AC and it went thru the process of configuring/preparing the software again. I've restarted the laptop, AC automatically launched and I got the sliders back.

I'm glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. Thank you for your feedback.
If you need further assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you.

as a workaround yes, it did resolve my issue.
but can your backend team look into this? because when I did a clean install of OS (via bootable Win11 flashdrive) and installed the Asus drivers and software, the slider was still missing.

Hi @donetus ,
According to internal confirmation, this issue may occur after installing a clean system due to missing drivers and some configurations. However, after correctly installing the display drivers and fully updating Armory Crate SE, this phenomenon should not occur.
If you experience this issue after installing a clean system, fully installing the ASUS-provided drivers, and updating Armory Crate SE, please enable the log recording feature in Armory Crate SE, revisit the settings page, and provide us with the log along with the following information for further analysis. Thank you.

The main concern is which driver is needed. I have downloaded and installed the driver from Asus' wrbsite and still couldn't figure out what was missing. I've also performed an update via AC and MyAsus but the issue remains the same. If you could so kindly point what driver is needed then that will be great. The answer your backend team is vague and really didn't help much.

Hi @donetus ,
I would like to confirm if you have reinstalled the system through cloud restore or a clean installation.
Have you installed the AMD graphics driver version V32.0.11021.3002 and ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.34.0?
If you have installed the above drivers and the issue still persists, please enable the log recording feature in Armory Crate SE, re-access the settings page, and provide us with the logs and the following information for further analysis. Thank you.

Hi @Anbby_ROG ,
This is a clean install via WIn11 OS bootable flashdrive. I grabbed all the drivers from Asus' website and the slider still doesn't appear.
Also, as stated in my previous post:
