Missing free 3 months xbox game pass on new ROG XBOX ALLY

I just bought a new ROG XBOX ALLY yesterday, i checked the xbox app and there's a button for claiming the free game pass but the website is having error. Tried to go to the library of the microsoft store and still no game pass
