MCU firmware update 319 keeps failing

I've been having trouble with all the buttons on my Rog ally.

Its been happening for about a month.

I've uninstalled Armoury Crate SE and Controller interface multiple times.

I've restored windows 11, which fixed the issue for a day. Then the same issue occurred.

The LEDs would work and then other times would flash. The vibration would also start in sync with the flashing.

The only thing I can't seem to do now is update the firmware 319, it keeps stating failed and to reboot.

I've once again reinstalled windows and this doesn't make a difference now.

Has anyone also had this issue with this firmware update.

The buttons haven't been working properly for about a month now, where before just shutting down the device would sometimes work.

Can anyone help please.

I'm also getting the command centre opened by creating a short cut in Armoury Crate, and the embedded controller shows as an error.

Could you please try using Cloud Recovery to reinstall the system, or, with the device completely powered off, remove all external devices and the power source, then hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset? Please let us know if this helps improve the issue. Thank you!

I’ve done a cloud recovery to a clean version. I also tried to perform an EC reset with no luck in getting the firmware 319 to update. Since cloud recovery I’ve had no control use-ability or RGB leds what so ever.
Would you please have any other suggestions?

Based on your description, we recommend that you send the ALLY to the local service team for further hardware testing. Thank you for your understanding.
