MCU firmware 311 failed, buttons not working

ajaxnz

Hi

I ran myasus yesterday, and it prompted to install the MCU firmware update 311.

This failed, and now the control centre & armorycrate buttons, lights and so on don't work. (nor does the controller work in bios).

The basics of the controller do work in games though.

I've tried re-applying, rebooting repeatedly, downloaded the file from download centre and tried that. All failed.

I also have issues with writing to sd cards (same cards work fine over usb), so is this RMA time?

I'm in the UK, so I don't think we have any service centres.
