locked out of my ROG ALLY

I disabled touch screen and my Rog Ally is set in gamepad mode. I turned it off and opened it again and i cant swipe or use the mouse on the sign in screen. Does anyone know how to switch it to desktop mode or re enable the touch screen from the lock screen or bios?

I would like to confirm how you disabled the touch screen. Have you tried entering Safe Mode to test it? Thank you.
