Left stick not working

A few months ago I sent my ROG Ally to you for service because the SD card reader had stopped working and had fried my card. Soon after I got it back, the left stick stopped working. It only registers movement along the y-axis. I've tried running calibration and other troubleshooting steps, but it no long registers any movement along the x-axis. I contacted you about this issue in December asking for repair instructions, but never got an RMA or other help. Please let me know what I need to do to get the unit repaired. Thank you.
