Just received ROG Ally and fingerprint sensor not detecting fingerprint

Hi, he anyone else out experienced this? Updated firmware, software, drivers all to an avail. Emailed support but will return if its a common issue.

Have you tried using Cloud Recovery to reset the system and see if there's any improvement?
