Hi All,
I'm having trouble playing Halo MCC on the Ally, every so often, the controller becomes unresponsive for a second, then goes back to normal, as if it is switching inputs. I've done some research and some have suggested that I may be accidentally touching the screen, so I tried again, making sure I was nowhere near the screen, and it still happens. It did not happen however, if I used an external controller, (Which I don't want to do) so I assume the problem is with the software of the Ally. Has anyone else come across this, if so were you able to fix it?
Cheers All

Hi @ReliefWithBeef ,
I would like to confirm if your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 330. Has the input delay issue occurred in other games as well?
Could you please use uninstall tool and removing Armoury Crate, then reinstalling it to see if the issue improves?
As we have not received similar feedback from other users at the moment, if the problem persists, would you be able to record a video for us to further investigate your issue? Thank you for your cooperation.

I’m having the exact same issue, but with Brotato game instead of Halo. Just like you, playing with an external controller is fine and also I’m nowhere near touching the screen when the issue happens.
I’ve let Asus know about this and hopefully they can pass the info onto the necessary team to look into it.
I see others are having the same issue too when I was looking into it.
I see Asus are releasing a new update on Monday for Armoury Crate, which might be a fix for it. Just have to wait and see.
This is what the change log says

Played reach for an hour this morning after latest update and the issue did not present. Will continue with a full playthrough of all games.

I am experiencing this issue today. New Ally, bios latest version as of this week which is 334. Also mcu update to 311.
Controls still dropping out playing Halo MCC. very annoying.
I have removed AC with the uninstall tool and reinstalled and problem still persists.
Any fix in sight? Thanks

Hi @ReliefWithBeef ,
Due to the latest MCU 315 update via ACSE, could you please check for all updates in ACSE and attempt to update to the latest MCU 315 for testing? Thank you.
