I was playing my dad’s Rog Ally last night and the power to the house surged a few times. When I restarted the pc, everything booted slow like it had some kind virus. I could open files just fine but when I use the windows key, it doesn’t pop up at all, even the taskbar didn’t show. Today when I went to turn it on I got a BLUE SCREEN. I clicked “restart my pc” and booted fine, but the results are still the same. I updated the pc the night before the incident. Could this be a bad update or software issue?
