dont have access to the free game pass sub on my new ally x

i bought an ally x and it arrived 2 days ago and since then ive been trying to claim the free gamepass sub but its no where to be found, not in the xbox app or MS store, i even changed MS accounts and its still not there ive pretty much tried every way people said will help but to no avail, does anyone else have this issue?
