Controller Stop Working

I was trying to connect the 8Bitdo Pro 2 controller to the Rog Ally and the it was working with the wire option (some how the wireless option does not work). However after I disconnected the external controller the Rog Ally controller not working anymore. How to fix this problem?

Hi @pkruoch ,

We have tested other controllers (Switch Pro/PS4 DualSense), both wired and wireless, and found that after disconnection, Ally's own controller can still be used.
Could you please provide me with your product serial number, BIOS version, and a recorded video showing the problem of the controller not working after disconnection? I will forward this information to the relevant team to investigate your issue. Thank you.

The controller has been fixed. I just reset the window and it come back to normal. Thanks.
