Please enable the recording function in Armoury Crate and record a video of the issue. Then, send us the video, log files, and the following information via private message. We will escalate this to the relevant team for further investigation as soon as possible. Thank you!

  • ALLY Serial Number:
  • BIOS Version:
  • Windows Build Version: (Settings > System > About)
  • Armoury Crate > Settings > About > Service Version > Check Button (Copy all content)

Please follow the steps to obtain log and send to us, thanks!

  1. Go to ARMOURY CRATE \ Settings \ About -> checked "App Diagnostics' record log"
  2. Duplicate issues
  3. Press button "Generate log data"
  4. Compress it and send to us for further investigation.
To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

i fixed it using your instructions.

i found a conflict with ep_patcher for explorer.

had to run cloud recovery.
