Excuse me guys. I have a problem with the ALLY X controller. The controller works normally but when I open ARMORY CREATE it stops working. All the buttons don't work. This happened when I first started using the Xbox controller. So far I can only play using an external controller. Please help me.

Please try shutting down the ALLY X completely, then remove all external devices and the power adapter. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, power on the device again and check if the built-in controller is working properly. Thank you.
