I bought my ally around a year ago (and it is still under ASUS warranty). However, around two months ago it started rebooting unexpectedly. Basically upon powering up it was fine, until I opened any game, where in about a minute, it would reboot to BIOS, saying "no bootable devices found". I opted for cloud recovery, where it always gives me this error after the actual cloud recovery starts (one of the last steps). The time was set correctly as well. What can I do with this?
Thanks

Hi @FilDol ,
I would like to confirm whether you have replaced the SSD.
Please try removing all external devices and the power source while the device is off, then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. After that, reconnect the power source and test if there is any improvement when powering on.
If the issue persists, we recommend that you send your ALLY to the local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the problem. Thank you.

I haven't replaced or even touched my SSD. However, would it be a chance that cloud recovery doesn't work because of the Asus servers?
