Cloud recovery issue

Madturbs

Looking for some help.

Tried to do a cloud recovery on my Ally this weekend and towards the end of the recovery I'm getting this message a few times "The instruction at 0x00007FFA7C703ACA referenced memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written"

I've successfully done a recovery in the past but something just isn't right this time. Once it completes windows is very buggy with blue screen errors and just random shut downs. Also noticed the CPU is running considerably warmer.

I've seen a few posts mentioning this but no solution to it.

Are Asus working on this issue with their cloud recovery program?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Regarding the error message that appeared during the driver installation process after Cloud Recovery, we are actively analyzing and clarifying the situation. Based on our testing, this error message should not affect the use of the device. Have you tried running the Cloud Recovery again to see if the issue persists?

If the issue continues, could you please provide the BSOD error code and a screenshot, and use the AsLogDump tool to capture the system log? Additionally, please include the approximate time when the issue occurred. We will proceed with analyzing your issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
