Civ 6 Rog Ally - No Button Response

New Rog Ally user here. I am playing Civ 6 on Steam, launching via Armoury Crate. Whenever I navigate away from the game window to the Desktop and return to the game, the device no longer responds to any buttons. I can still move the mouse and the in-game music still plays. I cannot close the Civ 6 window or navigate to any other screens, aside from launching the Command Center. Within the Command Center, I can toggle Control Mode and the Embedded Controller settings. Changing these settings makes no impact.

Am I doing something wrong here? Appreciate any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue.

Does this issue occur only with Civ 6, while other games work normally? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to test if the problem persists?

Additionally, please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.38 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. Upon further searching online, I think I found a solution. If I set up Civ 6 to launch Windowed then I no longer have issues with Alt-Tab / changing windows from the game and reverting.
