Cardinal Snapping/Rog Ally X

I’ve seen countless posts including mine all over the internet with concerns on the terrible cardinal snapping.

This is a PC based and the Cardinal Snapping ruins any type of smooth precise movements.    (FPS games in my case) 

why are the responses from the ASUS so generic on this topic ? 

there has been multiple handhelds that have already put out software patches to fix this problem and after paying $1200 CAD for the Rog Ally X I’m absolutely disappointed and as of now will never purchase another ASUS product because of this.

When will it be addressed and fixed ?

You can clearly see the rog ally x gamepad constantly snapping to the x and y axis 

while a external controller does not.
