Cant connect mouse and keyboard to Rog Ally via USB-C dock

Hi guys, im a newbie here. Never used a handheld and want some help. I just bought a Rog Ally Z1 Extereme but i cannot connect my mouse and keyboard through an usb c 7 in 1 dock. It perfectly charges and connect to my monitor with hdmi but somehow, my device doesnt see the keyboard and mouse. What can i do about this situation? Im waiting for your help. Thanks.

Could you please share the brand and model of your 7-in-1 USB-C dock, mouse, and keyboard with us? If possible, please provide a video or photo to help us further verify your connection setup.

Additionally, have you tested the same connection setup with other devices (e.g., a computer) to see if it can detect the keyboard and mouse? Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
