Can’t register my product…

Bought it from someone and I can’t get ahold of them anymore but I have my box and all, I just have no invoice since he originally registered it, I just want it registered to me now since I legally purchased it….. I also didn’t receive my free 1 year subscription to GlideX nor get the Three Months of Gamepass Ultimate either since I couldn’t register it on my account…..
