Hello, I recently traded a racing sim on marketplace for an Ally z1 Extreme and I love it. I'm trying to purchase a warranty extension through My Asus but it requires that I register the z1 to my account, to which I have tried and it keeps giving an error.
I messages the original owner and they even sent screenshots to me that it's not registered under their name. I've checked the serial number on various websites and it comes back clean.
I love my Ally, I'm just trying to get it registered. I used to own the very first Ally model that came out but returned it due to stick drift, which I've not experienced it on the z1 yet. I love this thing, just want to ensure I get it registered if it's possible.
