Not sure if this is only happening to me, but I have a problem whenever I have connected to my Ally (Z1 Extreme) via Windows RDP. One of the first thing I did when setting up the system was to upgrade WIn11 to pro using a legal key. That worked perfectly well, and I can connect to my Ally from my main computer using RDP without problems. However, after terminating the remote session (regardless of whether I do it from the Ally or from the PC) armoury crate stops reacting to the controller. It's not crashed, I can still operate it via the touchscreen. Games react to controller input normally as well. Even the sidebar quick-menu works perfectly well with the controller, but not the main ArmouryCrate SE interface. It recognizes no button or stick input and plays dead.
Has anyone here encountered an issue like this? I searched and found a few topics regarding the controller not working, due to being disabled in the quick menu or handheld companion being misconfigured, but none of the fixes suggested work for me and none of the issues described actually match this case.

Not sure if you've tried uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling Armoury Crate SE to see if there's any improvement?
If the problem persists, please enable the log recording function in Armoury Crate SE and record a video of the issue (Windows RDP connection - disconnect - Armoury Crate stops reacting to the controller). Then, please provide the following information via private message. This will help us further clarify the issue. Thank you.

Sorry, just saw the reply. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling. I'll provide the rest of the info tomorrow. Where do I enable the logging function of Armoury Cate SE?

Sorry for the late reply. This is the file path for the log file, provided for your reference.
In Armoury Crate SE, navigate to "Settings" > "General" and check the "About" page. Click on "App Diagnostics Tool" and select "Log Files" to bring up the Privacy Policy statement. Once the user agrees to the statement, Armoury Crate will begin collecting diagnostic logs. You can then click "Generate Log Data" to create an encrypted log file (ASUS log file).
