BUG REPORT: FreeSync not working properly

Hi there!  I got the Ally 5 days ago and there is something that annoys me:

1. 60fps locked games with 120hz VRR introduces judder/microstuttering.
2. VRR actually works over 70fps and low frame compensation does it job as well.

This weird scenario bothers me because a fighjting game, for example, should be smooth at 60fps because the monitor should behave as 60hz, as that´s how FreeSync should work.
In games like RE3, I set lock the FPS to 60 because I want to make sure that is the max frame target and if it drops frames I want it to be smooth, but I cant do this basically because it is not smooth. Once I try the 60hz toggle in the shorcuts menu, the game at locked 60fps now feels truly smooth. The problem with this is basically that at 60hz VRR and LFC dont work.

What I have done:

-Tried V-Sync on and off (in games and forcing via Radeon graphics panel). Fullscreen, borderless and windowed tested in all scenarios.

-Forcing FreeSync per game profile on Radeon graphics panel.
-Riva Tuner, Armoury Crate frame limiter, Radeon Chill and Special K to limit frames. When I lock the fps to 60 (Radeon Chill, Riva Tuner, Armoury crate), with or without vsync, the game has judders or microstutters that are not displayed by any performance tab.

-Uninstall GPU Drivers using DDU (secure mode enabled) and install the old ones.

-Using it plugged in, in turbo mode while testing.

I couldnt replicate this I am getting on the Ally on my main PC's monitor. It works flawlesly with FreeSync there in these same games.

Please, I need help. I love lots of things from this device but this is a bummer. It is supposed to be limit or unlock your fps in your games and enjoy. I have the feeling this might be something regarding the driver, but idk at this point. I think I have tried everything and I can't get rid of it. I have to be constantly switching between 120hz to 60hz because of that, and it is not cool.

UPDATE!: It seems like the ROG Ally, while unplugged, is not able to make FreeSync work properly.
Please, if someone from ASUS reads this, help me to escalate and report this. This should be fixable some way.
The way you can replicate this is by locking to 60fps a game while 120hz, and then switch to 60hz. Move the analog stick slowly and you will tell what I mean.
