Brand New Rog Ally X - can’t register, ASUS says invalid serial number

Bought a brand new sealed Rog Ally X but can’t register it to my products for warranty as My ASUS and all ASUS websites say serial number is invalid. Tried everything, different formats for zeroes, entering things manually, no dice. Raised a support case but no response. Serial number is exactly what is on the box and the device. Help!

Can’t delete post but now sorted, just had to wait a day or two to register.
