When a video from Steam, Youtube, MS web starts to open, a black screen appears and repeats.
Here is what I did to fix it:
Reset with Asus Cloud Recovery
delete and reinstall the graphics card driver and realtek audio driver.
Turning hardware acceleration on and off.

Please try checking if there are any pending updates for MS Store and MyASUS. Additionally, may I ask if the same issue occurs on Chrome?
Also, please try removing the OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® compatibility packages and test if the issue improves. Thank you!

I checked for updates, no updates. Same problem in Chrome.
There were no Opengl compatibility packages, I couldn't uninstall them.
After I sent it to the warranty, the problem started to appear.

I would like to confirm if the issue you're referring to, where the problem is resolved after disabling hardware acceleration, is related to hardware acceleration in the browser?
You mentioned that this issue occurred after sending the device for RMA. Could you please provide the device serial number and RMA number via private message so we can proceed with further investigation? Thank you!
