Black screen but working led on asus rog ally x

I just bought the Asus rog ally x. The first time I booted it up it worked just fine. After the screen just turned off and hasn't turned back on. The led lights are still glowing on it and the power up vibration is still there i have completely charged it and tried to restart but nothing changes. What should I do?

Could you please power off the device, disconnect all external devices and the power supply, and then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds? After that, reconnect the power and restart the device to see if it starts up normally. Thank you!
