Authentication failed Rog ally upgraded ssd

Literally I've been trying probably 100 times now feel like lobbing the piece of sh*t out the window, why is it so hard to connect to the servers to put it in recovery mode if this method doesn't work can you explain a better one please someone cheers otherwise it's going back lol
