Audio auto ducking for no reason

Recently brought my Ally Z1 Extreme to Best Buy to be repaired, SD card slot fried the motherboard. Since getting it back, the onboard speakers are quiet and the audio starts out at full volume for a half second before automatically lowering, despite still being at full volume. I have disabled the onboard microphone and VOIP settings to try to fix it, I have disabled audio enhancements and reinstalled all the drivers. I didn't have this problem with the previous motherboard and am tired of having to use headphones to hear the audio from my Ally.

Anyone have any ideas?
