ASUS ROG Ally Already registered

Hi, I am trying to register my rog ally but it says that its already registered. Please can you help me in this

Same here. Bought it yesterday from ASUS directly. When I use Asus mobile app to scan the S/N for register it said the device is already registered. I then contact ASUS local support provide them screen shot. They said will check and report back again. Some how later I open Armory Crate (ROG launcher) go to the last tab, log in as my account, my ROG is there and show proper warrantee date. Not sure it's already there or  support team do that. By the way you may check on that menu.

Yes, its the exact same case with me. In the armory crate and loggin in the account I can see the warranty date. But still cant register it. Support hasn't replied back yet so waiting for them to check this.

Just open my Asus mobile app, my ROG Ally X is now show in the Account -> My Product. Should we assume it registered under our own right. I'll ask support and let you know.

I still can't see the Rog Ally in the account -> my product.
