Asus repair center is charging me for damages my unit didn’t have.

I sent my Rog ally in for tapir to the charging port. Up until I sent it my Rog ally worked fine except inability to charge. They claim I need a new lcd and bottom case. I sent my unit in with none of the listed problems. I literally used my device till the battery died the day before it was shipped. How do I file further complaints about the matter.

Why do I have to pay for repairs.  I have photos of my ally prior to sending it in for repairs. There was no physical damage. I don’t understand how I go from repairing the usb-c port to required to pay over $200 to get my ally repaired. I’m about to go above and beyond just to make sure I’m heard. The forums are filled with terrible experiences of rma repairs. I just don’t understand why it continues to happen to loyal customers. Look how many post in the forums are anbout compalints of horrific experiences with rma request.
