Asus ally can't run "Shady Part of Me" from Steam store

Subject.  It just don't start and open window with "Send error report", no any others information. The game works fine on my PC and laptop. Maybe someone faced and resolved this issue?

PS What I have tried - restart Ally, restart Steam, uninstall/install game, clear download cache, apply to exe file compatibility with Windows 7 + administrator permission = without any result, game jyst crash on the start.

I resolved the issue, now game works fine. On both Ally OneDrive blocked updtee of setting files, so game crashes because can't sync it. Setting file located in "C:\Users\!!Your user name!!\OneDrive\Документи\My Games\Shady Part of Me".

PS your name should replace "!!Your user name!!" in path, "Документи" should be replaced to your local document folder name.

PSS I think this issue appear only people who use couple platform for gaming.

May I ask what are the BIOS version, system version, OS build, and graphics driver version used by your ALLY?
What are the operating system version and OS build of the desktop and laptop that can run the game?
Additionally, please help provide a screenshot of the error screen for further verification.

All latest, driver, Windows updated, BIOS updated. PC and laptop have also maximum updated but have, of course, different hardware, one RADEON graphics(ASUS x13 with AMD Ryzen™ 9 5980HX) and PC have NVIDIA card.

BTW - I'd tried on other ASUS Ally, the result the same, I mean crash game. You can check it by yourself.
I can give remote control for your enginers if it can help.

  1. BIOS version (can be found in MyASUS → System Information or in the BIOS screen)
  2. System version (MyASUS → System Information)
  3. Windows version and build number (Settings → System → About → Windows Specifications)
  4. Display driver version (AMD Adrenalin → System → Software & Driver page)
  5. Error screen when the game fails to run
  6. Game installation location (built-in SSD or microSD card)
  7. Whether any external monitor, controller, or USB device is connected during startup

If you encounter the same error when running the same game on different ALLY devices, it is likely caused by an issue with the game software itself.
Please reconfirm what you mentioned earlier - if the game can run normally on your other computer devices, may I ask if the system version used on those devices is the same as on your ALLY?
If the system versions are different, it is very likely that the issue is due to compatibility problems with the game software.

So I still facing with this issue and I don't know why.

So any suggestion except - "It just bad game"?
