I recently bough an ROG Xbox Ally X. It was working great for 2 weeks until I decided to take the advice of Armoury crate and update.
Now there bugs and issues, and I've tried everything from making sure everything is update to even uninstalling and fresh installing armoury crate and the problem persists. I honestly am confused I thought updates were to impove the experience and fix bugs, not create bugs and make the experience worse (or at least you would hope that major bugs like this were fixed before releasing an update).
Anyways here are the issues created after the most recent update (mind you after the install, it says I could update to 2.1.20.1 and when I did and it said complete, I checked and it says 2.1.20.0 and now there isn't an option to update it again, so yet another bug.
Issue 1: Aura Sync not working
Issue 2: Performance Mode grayed out and not working
Issue 3: Game visuals not working
Now I've aleady been on the hotline and also got an email asking for proof of purchase, seriel number and screenshots. But I would like to actually like some guidance other than the methods on the troubleshooting script cause I've tried them all and they don't work.

If you’ve already tried uninstalling Armoury Crate and reinstalling it but the issue still persists, then to rule out a possible system fault, we recommend backing up your data first and then restoring the system via Cloud Recovery before using it again.

Could you please tell me which ROG Ally model you are using?
If you uninstall Armoury Crate and reinstall it, does the issue improve?

I have the Rog xbox ally bought in January.
Uninstalled armory crate with the tool and reinstalled but no change. Looks exactly like the pics above. Rolled back recent windows updates and no change.
