Armoury crate tries reinstalling itself every time I restart my Ally X

I first noticed this when I tried changing the memory settings for the CPU. After restarting my Ally X, Armoury crate started behaving like it isn't already installed! I let it do its thing hoping that it would recognize that it's already installed and start running, but I get this error instead. This happens even when trying to use it as a handheld.

So, I ran the uninstaller, restarted the device, and reinstalled Armoury Crate. Tried changing my memory settings again, same thing. Then I tried just restarting the device to see if it was related to trying to alter the settings, but the same thing happened again. Now I'm going to just leave Armoury Crate until someone can tell me what's going on and help me fix this. This buggy program has been way more trouble than it's worth! I haven't been able to contact support yet because they close early on Saturdays, but I'll be doing it first chance I get tomorrow.

On a side note, there REALLY needs to be a numerical percentage indication added during the installation process. I'm sick of anxiously staring at "preparing installation" or something similar without any indication that anything is actually happening for minutes at a time.

[Update] I bit the bullet and performed a complete factory reset on my Ally X. Still didn't fix the issue. The only things that changed were that the rumble motors started to vibrate excessively loud whenever I plugged the Ally in, and AMD Adrenalin stopped reading my GPU temperature. My GPU also seems to be running hotter than I was before the reset, reaching almost 90 degrees Celsius under no load (I used GPU-Z to check). I think resetting the BIOS fixed the rumble motors, but I'm not entirely sure.

[Second Update] Armoury crate opened up once after restarting, but got hung up trying to load my games, and froze if it tried navigating to another tab in the app
