Howdy
I have an ROG ALLY second unit after returning the first one with same problem, when I play GTA V over rockstar launcher for a while, and close the game and open armoury crate, the controller doesn’t work with AC at all, it works everywhere else and in other game except AC
-I checked (embedded controller on)
-I’m on latest AC, MCU, BIOS, and all other drivers versions
-this almost never happens to any other game other than GTA V
-I bought another version from Steam and had the same problem
-I tried factory reset and didn’t help
-The only way to make the controller work again with AC is to restart the machine which is not convenient and very annoying

Hi @AliShawartamimi ,
You mentioned that the issue occurs only after playing GTA V for a while on Rockstar Launcher/Steam and then closing the game. Could you please let us know what mode the controller is set to at that time (Desktop, Game, Auto)? How long did you play GTA V before the issue occurred? Also, did the device go into sleep or hibernation mode before starting the game?
Please enable the log recording feature in Armoury Crate and use another device to record a video showing the issue where the controller is not working after playing GTA V for a while and then opening Armoury Crate. Kindly provide the log, video, and the following information via private message, and I will ask the relevant team for further confirmation. Thank you!
【Here is the file path for the log file for your reference】
In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log and you can click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file).

Try disabling steam input from the launch page? Set your profile to auto instead of gamepad.

As I said it is the same problem for steam and non-steam versions, and currently I use the non-steam version which has the same problem.
and problem happens for all controllers inputs (Auto, desktop and gamepad)
