Bought my Ally in September from BestBuy. Noticed today that the SD Card reader is dead. How do I get it fixed or replaced?

Yes, I’m in the US.

My repaired ROG Ally is now experiencing the SD card issue for a second time.

I wish you guys would've changed the location of the SD card to the bottom.    Unsure why this happened again.   Same symptoms, stuff slowing down until you take the card out.

Card still works another faulty reader, works perfect in my laptop, works great in my jsaux dock.   But the Ally doesn't even detect it
