Ally X high temperature when charging in sleep mode?

Have anyone have this issue, I was playing g octopath traveller 2, not very graphic intensive game and running on 17W performance mode. I put it to sleep using the power button and plug to my 65W Rog charger. After leave it about an hour, I smell like heat up plastic smell coming out from my Rog ally x. I suprise how hot it gets when I touch near backside and near the exhaust area? Are my ally x defective or is it not recommend putting the device to sleep mid game while charging? Is there way to get the temperature log history?

Since the game continues to generate heat while running, and the device's fans cannot effectively dissipate heat when it enters sleep mode, combined with the additional heat produced during charging, this may cause the device to become excessively hot. Therefore, we recommend exiting the game before entering sleep mode or fully shutting down the device while charging to reduce the risk of overheating.
Additionally, please use HWiNFO or similar tools to check the historical temperature records and confirm whether the device is still consuming high power while in sleep mode. If the issue persists, we recommend bringing the device to a local service center for further inspection to ensure proper operation. Thank you!
