Ally will not charge...

So I've only used my Ally once or twice since I owned it. Spends 99.99% of its life on a dock constantly plugged in to the OEM charger.

Today I took it off the charger because I'm going to actually use it for once brought it to work and plugged it into the wall connected my charger and noticed it wasn't charging. I then plugged my phone into the charger and it charges my phone just fine but will not charge my Ally. I then for experimentation plugged in my external battery and cable to the Ally and no charging at all then I plugged it into my phone charges just fine..... Have then proceeded to go into my car and plug in my 64 Watt charger into the cigarette outlet and then plugged my USB cable into there and into the Ally no charging.... Repeated it with my cell phone charges just fine....

Troubleshooted around online and did the whole hold down the power button for 40 seconds and release thing and that did not do anything still not charging... At this point my battery life is now at 88% so then I immediately did the next thing updated the BIOS to the latest bios updated all the drivers through the armory crate and my Asus app and performed a Windows update.... Still nothing.

I then went into the my Asus app and made sure that the battery saving mode and other option was turned off. Restarted the device again did the whole hold the button down for 40 seconds thing booted up still not charging.....

I literally have one month left of warranty so I think I am going to send it in for repairs unless anyone else has any ideas?

If you've already tried removing all external devices and power while the unit is off, and then holding the power button for 20 seconds before testing the original charger, and the problem still persists, we recommend sending your device to your local service center for further inspection to confirm the issue. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
