My Ally refuse to power on, after multiple tries it is able to turned on, but after i power it off the next time when i tries to turned it back on again, it refused to power back on again. Have try connecting my charger to my Ally also nothing happened it seem to be dead, No LEDs light showing on the indicator as well as the device is charging or powered on, have seen other were having the same issue on this forum. ASUS Support please be advice and take note of this case, please kindly find a way in resolving this issue.

I never had this particular issue yet. The only issue I've had which may be close to it is where I would turn the system on. It will show the Asus logo. Then the lights on the joysticks would go out at the same time in the picture will go black while the indicator light still states it's on and I have to push the power button to turn it off and then turn it back on and I'll do the same thing again at least two to three times before it works correctly. After updating the bios I've never had the problem again but I'm not saying it's going to work for everyone

Hi @Dove ,
May I ask if you have connected a dock/hub for use or tested with a different charger to see if there is any change in the power indicator light?
Please try removing all external devices and power sources while the device is powered off. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power and check if there are any changes in the power indicator light when attempting to power on. Thank you.
