Ally not turning on after battery drain.

So. I had my Ally on my dock and plugged in and left to buy food. But I guess there was a power outage and I was gone for 2 hrs. When I came back it wouldn't power on at all. It might have drained the battery completely so I charged the Ally and has been charging for 3 hrs now and still won't turn on.  

 

Any ideas?  Never happened to me before. It usually just turns on when I plug it in and charge it. 

 

The battery led lights up orange upon charging so I know its charging. Just can't turn it on 😑😑

Please try unplugging the power and removing all external devices , press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power and check if the device starts up properly.
