Please try removing all external devices and power while the device is powered off. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to perform an EC reset. Then reconnect the power and boot up to see if the issue improves. If the problem persists, please send the device to your local service team for further hardware diagnostics to identify the actual issue. Thank you.
